As Communications Director for former New York Governor George Pataki, he led the iconic ILOVENY Campaign and played a key role in New York City's $1 billion business recovery efforts following the September 11th attacks.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Catalfamo developed an innovative vaccine incentive program to support struggling local retail businesses, simultaneously encouraging vaccination while boosting local economies.
An accomplished writer, commentator and technology innovator, Catalfamo authored Dynasty on the Hudson, a novel exploring AI's potential misuse in politics. He also developed one of the first horse racing apps focused on Saratoga.
