With years of experience in the public and private sectors, David has become a sought-after advisor on everything from disaster recovery to economic revitalization to crisis communications.
David served at the highest level of government as Communications Director for former New York Governor George Pataki. He lead the iconic ILOVENY Campaign and in the wake of the September 11th attacks, David played a key role in the $1 billion business recovery efforts in New York City.
More recently, during the COVID-19 pandemic, David developed an innovative program to boost struggling local retail businesses through a vaccine incentive. This program helped to encourage people to get vaccinated while also supporting local businesses that had been hit hard by the pandemic.
David is an accomplished author, having written the book Dynasty on the Hudson, a work of fiction that explores the challenges of the abuse of AI in the political world. He has also been a leader in the deployment of innovative technology solutions, having developed one of the first apps to promote horse racing, focused on Saratoga.
